Reputation management: the Sant'Anna School attended the study day on the topic organized in Tirana by the Embassy of Italy in Albania

The Sant'Anna School, represented by Alberto Pirni, professor of Moral Philosophy at the DIRPOLIS (Law, Politics, Development) Institute, attended the study day "La buona reputazione come acceleratore di business nelle relazioni bilaterali Italia/Albania", organized by the Embassy of Italy in Albania at the University Our Lady Of Good Counsel in Tirana.

The event included the participation of the most renowned Italian academics experts in reputation management and the presence of high officials from the Albanian institutional and business world, as well as a qualified representation of the top management of well-known Italian companies. The conference was an in-depth analysis of the state of the art on the topic of reputation and reputational crisis management. In this perspective, the most innovative best practices in the field were discussed, starting from practical case studies, considered emblematic of the trend for small and large companies to build "good reputation" in order to make their business expand and establish itself. This included a historical introduction on the concept of reputation by Alberto Pirni, entitled "La reputazione come riconoscimento individuale e di gruppo: storia e prospettive".

Other participants have included: Luca Yuri Toselli, coordinator; Ruggero Valentini, President of Our Lady of Good Counsel Foundation; Bruno Giardina, Rector of University Our Lady Of Good Counsel; Italian Ambassador to Albania Fabrizio Bucci; Evis Kushi, Minister of Education and Delina Ibrahimaj, Minister of Economy and Finance, of the Republic of Albania, Luca Poma, Professor of Reputation Management at LUMSA University, and Colonel Massimiliano Corsano, Commander Ecological Operational Units of the Carabinieri.
